ORDER PROCESSING
1. Once the order is submitted and payment is processed the completed order is put in a queue for shipping and handling. All of our goods are warehoused locally and are shipped within 3 to 5 business days
2. Premium Processing charge between 2% to 5% will be applied for Next Day or Same day processing
3. The order must be received before 11:00 AM Eastern Time for same day shipping
4. Customer must contact us immediately to make any changes to the order. Company is not responsible to make any changes once the order is shipped from our warehouse.
5. If an order is cancelled after the payment is processed online a 3% processing charge will be deducted from the total refund
6. If an order is cancelled after the order is processed and shipped from our warehouse a 7% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund
7. After the order is shipped from our warehouse an email confirmation with the tracking number will be sent to the customer
RETURNS & REFUNDS
1. Returns are accepted within the 10 days of the receipt of goods if the merchandize is not washed or used
2. 7% Restocking Fee applies to all returns
3. Customer is responsible for the shipping charges both outgoing and incoming
4. For a valid return: a refund will be processed minus the restocking fee and all shipping charges
5. Customers are responsible to ship the products to our designated warehouse for returns in the original packaging
6. Customers must inform and get pre-authorization for returns in order to be eligible for full refund
7. Company reserves the right to issue refunds as store credit in certain circumstances
8. Damaged or used products won’t be accepted as Returns
9. If customer wants to cancel and order after the payment is processed a 3% order cancellation fee will apply
10. 7% restocking fee will apply to all refunds once the order is processed and shipped out of our warehouse
11. Some refunds will be issued as store credits depending on the types of returns accepted
