ORDER PROCESSING
1. All ecommerce promotions are only applicable if purchase is made via the website.
2. Once the order is submitted and payment is processed the completed order is put in a queue for shipping and handling. All of our goods are warehoused locally and are shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
3. Customer must contact us immediately to make any changes to the order. Company is not responsible to make any changes once the order is shipped from our warehouse.
4. If an order is cancelled after the payment is processed online a 3% processing charge will be deducted from the total refund
5. If an order is cancelled after the order is processed and shipped from our warehouse a 7% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund
6. After the order is shipped from our warehouse an email confirmation with the tracking number will be sent to the customer
RETURNS & REFUNDS
1. All sales are final, returns are only accepted within 3 days of receiving of the product only if the product is damaged.
2. Any refunds are made at store credit towards future purchases within 180 days.
3. Returns are accepted only if the products received are damaged during shipping and must be reported within 3 days.
4. Returns are accepted only if the merchandize is not washed or used
5. 7% Restocking Fee applies to all returns
6. Customer is responsible for the shipping charges both outgoing and incoming
7. For a valid return: a refund will be processed minus the restocking fee and all shipping charges
8. Customers are responsible to ship the products to our designated warehouse for returns in the original packaging
9. Customers must inform and get pre-authorization for returns in order to be eligible for full refund
10. Company reserves the right to issue refunds as store credit in certain circumstances
11. Damaged or used products won’t be accepted as Returns
12. If customer wants to cancel and order after the payment is processed a 3% order cancellation fee will apply
13. 7% restocking fee will apply to all refunds once the order is processed and shipped out of our warehouse
14. Some refunds will be issued as store credits depending on the types of returns accepted
