Should I create a Linenmart account?
Having a Linen Mart account allows you to:
Checkout faster as you won’t need to re-enter your information. Save multiple shipping addresses. View and track your orders. You can set up an account here.

How do I place an Order?
If you are having trouble placing an order, please check:
That you have selected ‘update’ at the bottom of the billing information section.
That you are paying with a Mastercard, Visa or American Express.
That your postal code matches what Google maps uses (sometimes this is different than what Canada Post has, but we have found that these will still arrive without issue.)
That your items were in stock for the store or method of delivery you selected.
If you are still having trouble please call us at 1-905-593-5122

Do You Ship Internationally?
Currently, Linen Mart's products are only available to delivery addresses in Canada.

On Linen Mart we always provide authentic and reliable ways to make your online shopping memorable.
Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
We offer a 14- day return policy. Shipping at the expense of customers. A refund will be made after the returned item(s) are inspected. All returned items must be in original new condition. Items not in original new condition are non-refundable.

Clearance items are final sale, no exchange or refund. Please include the following information:
Name on order, order number, shipping address, reason for return, and choice of exchange or return.
