All transactions are processed through branded e-commerce platforms and payment processors. The credit card input pages are secured with SSL encryption, ensuring that your order is processed safely and securely. We also offer the option to complete your transaction via PayPal. 

What do I do if I need to add more items or change my order?

Please email us at info@linenmart.ca to inform us of any changes you’d like to make to your order. We will work with you to ensure your changes are processed and confirmed before the order is finalized and shipped.

How can I obtain an official invoice for tax purposes?

You can print your order receipt when your order is submitted. Alternatively, you can request an invoice via email at info@linenmart.ca. 

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed immediately online after payment is completed. Our operations team will ship your order within 3 to 5 business days.

What is the average shipping duration from your warehouse?

Our typical shipping duration is 3 to 5 business days. 80% of orders are shipped within 3 business days.

How will I know that my order is received and processed?

Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation number along with an email confirmation.

Are you locally based in Canada, and where is your warehouse located?

Yes, we are based in Canada. Our products are warehoused locally in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario.

What shipping companies do you use?

We use a combination of trucking and courier services. Each shipment is carefully evaluated to select the most appropriate shipping provider. Larger orders are typically shipped through trucking companies.

When will I be notified about the shipment of my order?

You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. 

What are your business hours for customer support?

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. 

Do you offer urgent order processing?

Urgent order processing is available upon request. A premium processing charge may apply.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in the GTA. Shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days, with 80% of orders shipped within 3 business days. Delivery times vary by location: 

  • GTA shipments: Next-day delivery 
  • Western Canada (SK, AB, BC): 5 to 7 days 
  • Other locations: 2 to 7 business days 
What products do you sell?

We specialize in wholesale hotel supplies, discounted hotel linens, and luxury hotel products. We are a trusted supplier of hotel amenities, including pillows, guest soaps, towels, bed linens, and luxury hotel supplies.

How do I track my shipment?

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped. If you need further assistance, we will work with the shipping company to ensure timely delivery.
